I am still waiting for my tax certificate after I had to stay on the line for 28 min. and I did not get any feedback on the complain that Standard Bank deducted fees for Internet banking payment confirmation. Ref numbers: 40404084 and 54386971. I told the operator that it will not help to complain and this is the evidence because it was said I will receive feedback in a certain number of working days. Standard bank is pathetic!!!
