NO RESPONSE SINCE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER 2013

I posted all my documents to Standard Bank Forex Trader department at the beginning of December 2013. My live account has still NOT been opened and i have not received any feedback or reply at all!!!

The call centre staff are unable to give me any information!!!

i tried making use of the ''live chat'' on there website but they are just as clueless!!!

Nobody is able to tell me why my live trading account has still NOT been open!!

I posted my FICA documents in November 2013 as well - but the FICA documents expired and they did not even open it!! I reposted the documents and now this is the 2nd time that NOTHING is being done and nobody is able to provide any answers or resolve the matter!!!
