Vitality Drive Card Delays

I took up a policy on the 15th Jan for my vehicle and contents. The selling point on the policy was the vitality drive where a portion of the fuel filled will be refunded in cash. I was told that the card will take 2 to 3 weeks to post.5 days passed and I haven't received my card. So I spoke to Anthony and explained to him I am aware that my card needs to be swiped and that it takes 2 weeks (if I am lucky) but what about all the fill ups that takes place from the inception of the policy until I receive my card. How do I utilise the benefit? Why cant I send copy of the fill up slips while I wait for the card. Alternatively, why don't you courier the card to reach me before the 27th. Common sense will tell you that if the policy date is the 27th and I applied on the 16th, and your postal process takes 3 weeks, then the card should be couriered to me.
Seems like from day 1 I am having issues. I had to contact Discovery on the 20th regarding scheduling of the installation of the tracker. Seems like prompt service only exists at the sales process. Am I going to have regrets joining discovery.be warned people... discovery have their loops to erode benefits that they offe
