Sim Card Activation

I am a loyal FNB customer and have been for quite some years. I have always loved the service and benefits that FNB offer. I have even made use of their Smart Device order and because the offer is so attractive, I recently ordered my second device (Galaxy S4 mini).. however I am having an issue in this regard! Number 1, it took way too long to get the device to me and there was a lot of confusion involved, nonetheless I was assisted by a very helpful woman by the name of Esther in the Smart Phone division. I eventually received my phone on the 24th of October. It stated on the packaging that the sim card activation will take 3 days though but I was prepared to wait. It has now been SIX days, and my sim is still not activated! I made calls to Cell C who claim it is not their responsibility even after I spoke to someone from FNB who told me I need to speak to Cell C. 2 days later I made the attempt to call again in which I was told that FNB did not send Cell C my details and therefore that is the reason it is not activated! I was told that it would be done on that day. STILL nothing! I phoned today and was informed that I will be called back, but still nothing! I am very disappointed
