Dear Outsurance
Sadly this email is not of a pleasant nature. I am utterly disgusted by the service i received from you at a time i needed you most.
Last night at about 6.04pm i submitted a request for help as my car broke down on the worst road ever (R300).
At about 7.31pm (at this point in time, i'm safe at home) an agent from your call centre called to confirm whether or not i've been assisted.. in frustration i informed him what transpired, the fact that no one responded to my request for help and that i ended up calling a tow trucking service for assistance.
In addition to the wait, i was fearful of the unknown i could be faced with all alone. Imagine the thoughts going through my mind at this point!! Most traumatising moment ever!
Thinking anything can happen, i'm a lady all alone out here...
Furthermore, the agent then advised he will send me an email address to my number and instructed me to forward my proof of payment of the tow trucking service i used and they would reimburse me.
And guess what, i am still waiting!!!
So not once Outsurance but twice in one night have you failed me!!! Im paying you R600pm for this service, no!!!
