Standard Bank
Granted 90% homeloan as a first time buye

I've done my homeloan application online (application number 4315196) on the 21/01/2013 after found out about the jumpstart on the first time buyer. All the required documents were submitted on the 22/01/2013. I waited on the 30/01/2013 I got a call informing me my loan has been approved for 90% if I'm not happy I'll have to cancel with the Attorneys. On the same day I went to the nearest branch which Richardsbay for some explaination since I couldn't understand some of the thing. I spoke to the consultant who told me that the reason for giving me 90% because of the assessors report. I've asked her about the jumpstart because on the Standard Bank website it stated that first time buyer. Then the query was logged if not mistaken on 01/02/2013 (Ref number 51715426) for loan review as per the information on the website about jumpstart. I've called the consultant for several time telling me that homeloan hasn't responded but today I phoned her, she told me that homeloan said I need to cancel the existing loan the re apply again and it's not guaranteed me in getting a jumpstart. I want a jumpstart as per the information on website not 90%.
