800 unauthorized debit

Hey,

Please reverse the R600, 00. instead of debiting R200, 00 for my smart device as per the contract signed, fnb decided to debit R800.

Kindly reverse the R600 as this will affect other debits tonight and on monday.

In the meantime, also refund me the money i was charged when my card was cancelled without my permission!

Please reverse the R600.00 today, otherwise i will have a problem.
