USELESS!!!

That's the one word i can use to explain 8ta. I missed ONE payment on my 10GB bundle which is R200 6 months ago and i am still paying for it. After settling the account, i thought it was done, sorted but about 6 months later i had been dealing with them non stop to try and get their sorted out. The last time i spoke to them i said sort this out now, this was after them not deducting the payment of my account for 2 months and then try and deduct R600 once off. After the 100th time that i spoke to them, they said ok, do a manual payment, which i did of R600 and it will get sorted. Guess what!!! They deducted the R600 again, so now i have paid them R1200 this month wow. I wonder if it will now reflect on their side that i have actually paid, probably not, being as useless as they are, they will probably still tell me i owe them money. I fully regret opening an account with them. So, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, you will regret it.
