Why does it show that I still owe you money?

Hi

I settled my account in OCT 2012 already. last week I did a pre-qualification application, it came back as negative because I still owe African Bank more than R3000.00. How is that possible? Qhakazile even sent me a letter confirming that everything was sorted out. This after I also first had to contact Hello Peter in order to get back feedback.

How are you guys going to fix this? I need it to be sorted out as soon as possible!!
