I lodged a claim over 2 months ago with dial direct on my value added (scratch and dent cover inurance), and was told when i took my car into automagic for evaluation that i could not claim under the policy and my insurance would call me back to advise further, it has been over 2 months and i am still waiting for a call back. Meanwhile i am driving around with my damaged bumper, when i have insurance to cover this sort of thing! I pay over 1000.00 a month for my vechile to be covered excluding all these additional valud added cover policies and this is the treamtment i get! i am so fed up! i want to change my insurance company, this is ridiculous! dial direct service is pathetic!
