After getting a loan from African Bank, and being told that further higher loans will be available while building up a good credit record with them, approximateely 2 months ago, and again about 1 month ago, despite their 'credit offer' of R50 000.00, the loan was declined. This was declined because of an administration order showing against my name. I then submitted the Court Order that the administration was set aside 7 years ago. For some reason, the loan is still declined, but my financial position is exactly the same as with the first loan. However, when I send e mails to query, the call centre agent keeps saying that they did not get the mail! I even forwarded this mail to Malusi Poswa at the Sasolburg branch, but I get no response. Should I refer this matter to the NCR?
