Notification - Acc Overdrawn: NOT

At 18h00, on Sunday 19th December, I received and SMS stating "Your account is overdrawn. Kindly make a deposit to avoid items being dishonoured."

I read this twice and recalled my last transaction and the balance and thought it odd to receive this notification. I then received and email stating the same message. I immediately became worried and recalled how a family member was a victim of thus panicked. I stopped what I was doing and left my family gathering to rush and check on internet banking what the new overdrawn balance was. To my relief my balance was as I had recalled it and I wasn't overdrawn. On my way back to the family event, I recalled a month ago receiving a similar SMS and this upset me tremendously!
How can a bank of such status and brand do this? How can such an error occur twice within a matter of months? Who is responsible for this? Someone surely doesn't know what they're doing and has now #*^%$ up my family time, & this isn't acceptable!
