Account Overdrawn?

I have been with FNB for a very long time. Probably about thirty years. I have NEVER missed any payments, on anything. I have never incurred any form of bad debt with them. I have never had any debit orders sent back, EVER. Last night I had a debit order go off on my account as usual and because it is the 20th, my monthly account fee also goes off, plus there is another purchase payment that has not gone off yet, but which is reflected in my available balance. All fine. I get an sms from FNB this morning stating that my account is overdrawn and I should make a deposit to avoid items being dishounerd. I checked my account and discovered that it was the available balance that was -Get this- -R2.16 over. R2.16? When the ACTUAL balance is about R197 (the purchase has not gone off yet). After 30 years with FNB and never missing a payment, and with a substantial investment account with them, they are worried I am going to skip out on R2.16. Pathetic, Really, really pathetic. Maybe the are trying to get rid of ther customers? I will be happy toe oblige.
