Since my last complaint, Makhosazana Twala was assigned to deal with my claim on the 06/01/13 and called me at 16:30 pm on the day. I was assured that i would be kept up to date with regards to my claim and the processing there of. The current date is now the 20/01/14. Which is 2 weeks later. I have yet to have any feedback or hear a word from Mi-way with regard to my claim. I am totally disappointment in Mi-Way and to say the least totally off with this process. This is my fist claim since the initiation of my insurance policy with Mi-way and it has turned out to be the most unpleasant experience ever. I have been driving around now with my car for weeks in a shambles, totally embarrassing!! I will now be exploring the route of legal action/recourse through my lawyers and the ombudsman. I feel i have been patient enough and i expected more when paying a monthly premium for a service over the last few years.
