Business Account always overdrawn

Been frustrated by lack of clarification from Fnb on why my Business Account is always overdrawn which affects my credit rating. This simply means I am using more that what I have because with every transaction I always check my balance with the cellphone app. Can someone please assist as I am considering leaving my beloved bank I have been with since my scholar days.
