I sent a mail asking for 1 of my vehicles to be removed from the insurance as I sold the car. To my shock, 2 MONTHS later I go to get my windscreen replaced on my other vehicle and find out that I no longer have insurance. After two phone calls and several emails, I am still driving around with a smashed windscreen and no insurance on any of my vehicles or house.
NO ONE IS HELPING. I have asked for feedback and get nothing. SHOCKING SERVICE with a complete disregard to the customer. THEY made the mistake and they dont even have the decency to fix the problem.
I filled out the complaint form on the website too. HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE
I WANT ANSWERS.
