I called Miway call centre on the 20th January to have my car registration number corrected from the mistake made by glasfit when they inspected my vehicle and Nombuso happened to be my agent on the line of my assistance and she was friendly, professional, efficient with great attitude. it was as if i was speaking to someone i have known for years and i must say we really need more of Nombuso's within our customer service industry. the service was exceptional
