I compared my current insurance, Indwe Risk Services with Alexander Forbes. I sent the quote i received from Alexander Forbes to Joseph Marcus from Indwe regarding excess waivers. Alexander Forbes gave me a full waiver (including windscreens). Joseph also said that i had a full waiver on my vehicles... i did not know that vehicles does not include windscreens. He should of told me that especially when i made a point of it. Then manageress also jumped on the band wagon with the play of words even after i showed her all the e-mails sent to me comparing the two insurance price's. The end result is that i would have to pay R500 excess for my windscreen. Please be aware of Indwe Risk services and the way they do business. They are unscrupulous.
