CLOSED MY ACCOUNT IN 2011 IT'S STILL ACTIVE ON ITC

I closed my account with spitz back in 2011 but suprisingly they never updated this on ITC, the account still reflects as active. From what I know the account is not even supposed to be on my profile anymore seeing that it's more than two years from the date it was closed. This is really not acceptable as I've queried this a number of times but no one has bothered to come back to me.
