I took a credit card with bluebean, it was approved and everything and my card was delivered to me. I then received an sms saying i must go to a standard bank branch with my KYC documents, yesterday i went to the bellville branch with my proof of address an invoice from my service provider i was told it was old i need to bring a recent now. So i went and i printed a recent invoice went back to the branch the lady who was assisting me told me they want a statement and not an invoice and she did not seem interested in assisting me. Im very shocked to receive such a service from a huge company like standard bank, i mean this information i was suppose to get before i left the branch to print another invoice i then decided to cancel the credit card due to the service i have received
