Due to voluntary sequestration after being retrenched from my job a few months back, I need to obtain settlement statements to hand it to the attorney... however this is impossible to obtain, emails does not get answered, going to the branch does not help... one gets refered to contact the legal department... when you contact the legal department, they refer you back to a branch. PLEASE, PLEASE tell me how it would be possible to get a statement emailed to me.
