On my visit to ABSA Branch in Voortrekker Road and Jacaranda they indicated to me that they can only supply met with 2 months bank statments and refered to to my internet banking to draw my own statment and have it stamped by the branch as they can not assist me.
The internet banking department indicated to me that they can not assit met as my statments were not archieved and refered to to telephone banking.
The telehone banking department indicated to me that can only sent me 3 month bank statments and I need to go to a branch to collect more but on future inspection indicated that can also only provide me with 2 months bank statments.
several consultant indicatd that would assist met with no feedback!!!
How difficult is it to obtain a bank statement from your bank.
