Impossible to get a statement emailed to me

I have applied for voluntary sequestration and need to obtain final statements on my outstanding debt with Absa. This seem to be an task of impossibility... going to a branch and requesting a statement does not help, because the bank gets told to contact the legal dept... when contacting the legal dept, they refer you back to a branch. All I need is for Absa to email me the outstanding debt statements... HOW DIFFICULT CAN THIS POSSIBLY BE??? Emailing the bank does not help either, because NOBODY EVER GETS BACK TO YOU... that one has to resort to placing this on Hello Peter blows my mind. This is POOR SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!!
