NOT HAPPY ABOUT FEEDBACK AND HANDLING OF MY ACCOUN

I was under Debt Counselling, and when I went on pension I paid all my accounts off in full. Edgars was one of them. I received a statement stating that I had a credit balance. After approaching a branch and contacting Sipho of Legal Department, I was informed to obtain a letter from my debt counsellor and fax it with my ID, application for repayment and bank statements to them, which I did. the money was paid back to me. Edgars started to phone me two months after this that I owe them the money they paid me, The lady from Legal Department informed me that it was a system error which I understood that the amount owing was the error. the account is standing at R2500.00. I sent in a dispute but as yet received no reply, but I get hassled for the money. Please inform me whether I'm at fault or Edgars
