Battling to get settlement lette

I have been trying to get someone to get all my settlement letters from all my creditors since Feb '13.
I have been dealing with Nicolene and since Nov '13 i have been ignored. Every time i send a mail to the call centre it bounces back. My life has been put on to hold for the past year since Ive finished with my last payment, no one is getting back to me regarding the settlement letters, statements of the payments that was made.

NEED HELP AND ANSWERS!!!
