I faxed a GP form to go to the specialist for my ear Dr.de Kock. Got an sms through Discovery telling me, they can't give me a auth number. Then the same day got an sms with the auth number. So I went and saw the specialist. Right. He then gave me a form to go to a hearing specialist, with the same auth number.

So I had a form for a CT scan, I faxed it to Discovery, so that I can get a new auth number. So Liz phone me today and say I can't get an auth number. I must go to the GP for a new referal form to see Dr.de Kock.

I'm so fed up with Discovery. This is not the first time, with something happenin like this
