We are waiting 15 days on auth approval for my daugther so she can see and Ent Specialist, First the form were not correct, i went and get correct form.. IF YOU CALL IN AND ASK WHAT GOING ON, they say they need to escalated bach auth department.. BUT NO ONE CAN SAY EXACTLY WAY IT MUST GET REWIEVED BECUASE THEY ARE NIOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS..THIS IS BEYOND REDICOULIS. really what if my child get worse hear damage because of wax impactation.. SHE ALREADY LOST 2% YEAR LOST OF IT COME ON WHY DO I PAY YOU THOUSAND OF RAND EVERY YEAR... pathetic that is what discovery is
