So my GP sent my GP - Specialist referral Form to you and I received an sms confirming that my Auth # is valid till the 31st of July 2013. I only received this SMS on the 2nd of August 2013 and proceeded to call your contact center and was advised that the date was wrong and will be rectified and will be valid till end of August 3013
Clearly now that I have provided my Specialist with this Auth# and they have claimed I got an email/Statemetn saying that YOU will nto be paying this bill as I didn't get an Authorization NR for this visit.
