This serves to acknowledge the outstanding call centre service I received from Ms Nomfundo Sibanyoni that works for MiWay Insurance LTD. She displayed a lot of excellent customer care charactors coupled with in-depth konwledge and passion for her work. I so wish that her colleagues can follow suite.
