I would like to convey my appreciation towards Nomfundo Sibeko for her excellent service with regards to my compliant yesterday. I was really annoyed with MiWay when they keep changing my account outside my knowledge and premiums but after speaking to Nomfundo Sibeko, she was really exceptional and efficient.
