I have two policies with 21st, one for myself and one for my son, both policies are deducted from my salary. I have reported the problem to 21st more than 5times last year with regards to them not deducting money from one policy, the responsible person told me that the problem is from their side and it will be sorted out and still the problem is not sorted out.

I sent an email last week 29/1/13, regarding the same problem, before sending the email I spoke to another agent Phillip.

On Friday I got call from 21st with two options:

1. To have a new policy and have a waiting period of 12month
2. To pay the outstanding 2012 amount to be reinstated.

I made 21st aware of this problem more last year and I was told the problem is with their under writer, I have told them that I have not received any information regarding my polcy which I have received everything regarding my son's policy. My question is will 21st repay me all money deducted for my policy?

I expect full service from the should anything happen to me or my beneficiaries. I had the policy with them for more than 5years.
