Had absolute enough

So this will be my second complain about the same thing! I had enough now! I applied for a credit card at fnb and its near 4 weeks now still no progress. Everytime I go and follow up and that is just unacceptable! I went there again to the branch on Thursday last week and I was told to fax bank statements and which I did! What is going on with my application! Fnb sort out this today or else I'm going to take this further. This is absolute nonsense!!! From the beginning I had problems with Fnb and this time I had enough. Need answers on my application today! It takes one customer to turn 3 customers away fnb!!!
