Standard Bank INSURANCE was called on the 02/09/13 regarding an accident. the car was assesed on the 02/09/13. no feedback until today. called the standard bank insurance and was told they are waiting for the assesor . the assesor was called on 13/09/13 and he said the report was sent to standard bank but it was not captured on their side. who is responsible for this. they seem to be passing the buck. this is absolutely unacceptable. i am considering doing my business with another bank.
