I went to the branch 09 January to query a ATM deposit that was charged on my account as I am suppose to get 3 free ATM deposits a month. It was only my second ATM deposit for December and I was charged a cash deposit fee. Anyway, the supervisor was not there and the clerk said she will phone me "tomorrow". It is a week later and I see the charges have not yet been reversed and no - one called me. I am so tired of poor service, I just wish everyone would not get used to it. I also don't feel it is my responsibility to keep following up. It is a simple query, really not that difficult to see. I am a busy person and don't have time to make sure the staff are doing their job. I am also not a complainer by nature, but I am getting fed up with the way people work these days.
