The first deposit is free as per pricing home loan cash deposit service fee 2012, I was Cash Deposit Fee charged on:
04/07/13 - R297-50;
05/08/13 - R297.50;
05/09/13 - R182.-50, reported this as per ref no received but no feedback.
Therefore whenever you charged for the first cash deposit during the initiation of the account you need to reverse the amount with interest. I do not have all statements you do. Previously you have not charged for the first deposit. If your rules changed I was not notified of a cash deposit fee for the home loan account.
