Account suspended as of R3 couldnt get debited

I experienced VERY bad customer service when i had to take an hour off work today AGAIN as repeatedly my online banking has been suspended. i had to do some urgent online payments and all my appointments had to shift to the back as i had to take the time out of my busy monday morning schedule to walk into my nearest branch. when i went in they said they activated it again. the lady at the counter said that R3!!! couldnt get debited on my previous savings and now interest bearing account. the same happened last month and i went to the trouble of my car insurance not going off, my gym membership fee and others. this caused a lot of problems and the manager attended to it, but clearly not properly as the same happened.
the so called manager today said it is what it is and there is nothing they can do as it is computer generated. clearly they could have phoned me or emailed. what if i would have been overseas and i couldnt access my account. i have 3 accounts at absa and am with them for almost 10 years. should nothing happen ill close all my accounts and go to a reputable bank.
