I contacted Auto & General on Tuesday afternoon at 16.45 to add the vehicle which was in an accident back. the young man whom I dealt with was rude & really unhelpful & after wasting 20 minutes on the phone I decided to phone back today to cancel my policies with Auto & General.
I explained to Jenna le Roux this morning what I needed to do 6 the problem I had with the young man yesterday & if this problem wasn't sorted out I will cancel my contracts with the company & join another. She was very helpful, polite & really went the extra mile to insure that the problem was solved & that I remained a customer of Auto & General: Miss le Roux is a real asset to Auto & General & i trust that she will be rewarded for good manner, great service & taking the time to sort everything out! 10 out 0f 10 for JENNA LE ROUX
