Payment of pension funds

I have been battling since the beginning of April 2013 to get my provident and pension funds paid out to me. Firstly the call centre agent was unable to supply me with the relevant forms and process to follow when emigrating, and I had to mail a certain mailbox and was told that they have up to 5 days to respond. So my long journey started and I have noticed 4 different names on the return mails so far (if I am lucky enough to get a response) - note that you can only speak with an agent at the call centre and you cannot be transferred to the Disbursement Department to find out what they require, which is very frustrating. Just when I thought that we were making progress wrt the payments, I received an email again today stating that my ID document is now not clear (note that this was sent together with other relevant forms early April already). Before that, they were complaining about lack of evidence regarding my banking details... It would seem as if they are doing everything possible to make this as difficult as possible and all I want is my own money.
