I have send my Private Security Sector Provident Fund claim form to ABSA in JHB on the 04th November 2013, I was told that my claim will be sorted after six weeks and six weeks has gone pass when I contacted call centre on the St week of January I was then told forms are with SARS after a week I was told SARS has return everything, when I ask when will my fund paid to my account Onica lady at call centre said my can not authorise due to administration when I ask to speak to the Supervisor is ever in the meeting I am still waiting till today those call centre guys have bad, bad attitude and so incompetent. I am so devastated. I need your help please.
