My mother passed away in January 2011. We submitted documents in February 2011 and some of the policies paid and now she had a retirement annuity in which metropolitan has not given us any feedback about and every time i call their offices in Parc du Cap in Bellville noone seems to know what to do instead i get put on hold for hours and hours. Even now i am busy on the line with them and its been exactly an hour, and i still haven't been assisted. I thought metropolitan is there for people when they are greiving but clearly not. I do not recommend Metropolitan to anyone... Very angry right now.
