Been trying to assist my mother to claim her investment with Metropolitan Life, the problem we had was the change of Identification details we went to home affairs to pick the proof and we submited to them we were told to send certain documents for claim and who ever we spoke to informed us, we gonna attend to your query wait for 48hrs or 10days bt its been months up to date the problem is still there I wouldn't recommend the company for future references had a terrible experience, we wasted so much phoning them, faxing, emailing still no response, I can't help but wonder how many people enconter the same problems from Metropolitan
