Sjoe. I almost, almost cancelled my three policies at Virseker. I added a vehicle a month ago and suddenly my premium has been reviewed and is set to increase by about R200.. I've only had that vehicle on the policy for a month. I was transferred to Milly who would help me cancel the policies. Milly listened to me. She explained Virseker's review process. She had empathy with my case and did her best to offer me a better premium at review. That's all a client wants. We want to be heard. We want to be understood.
