I would like to know when I can expect my tomtom navigation unit which I pay for. I have now been trying since last week to get answers and all I got is "sir due to you changing your commencement date the device's premium did not go of so we will be taking dec and jan's premium on the 15th of jan' . Now is it my problem that your system does not work correct because when I changed my start date there was no communication of listen there will be billing issues. I would like this sorted ASAP. I am not going to wait another week for this to be sorted.
