My policy excesses had been changed and when I needed to add another vehicle to the policy, I discovered that when Dial Direct calculated their annual increase on the policy, the excesses had been changed without discussion with me. When I purchased the alternative vehicle my premium shot up to an unacceptable high and I was considering changing the policy to another company.
However, Kashiefa and Ashley saved the day and when Kashiefa covered the vehicle on Friday, she promised to call Monday morning and sort the policy out. This she did at 08H15 this morning, passing me to Ashley, who sorted me out.
