Bad Service by Absa Car Finance Call centre staff

I bought a car through Absa from a local dealer in Richards Bay, I signed the contract with my Banking details for Absa to debit my account on the 25th of each month, the first instalment was supposed to go off my account in Dec 2012, this never happened & noone bothered to call advice me this until January 2013 when I came back from Holidays, I then called Absa Car Fin myself to resolve this issue, I was told my acoount details were loaded incorrectly that is why they couldn't process the debit & ever since I've calling, emailing & even visited the nearest branch but they are still unable to debit my account. I even emailed them a copy of the contract I signed with the Dealer which has my account details, I've been given reference numbers and so forth, then yesterday when I called I was told to speak to the account manager, Glory Motimeti. I called & left a message on her voicemail but she didn't call me, today when I called her as upset as I was she didn't even try to assist instead she was very rude and she hung up on me!!!
