I submitted my withdrawal documents last year in September and I still have not received my pension fund. I have had other policies and they take a maximum of 21 days to pay out. But it has since been 4 months now and I am battling because I had intended to study this year and this is going to affect the rest of my year as I cannot register after the 20th... this is really not fair. And when I speak to my previous company they telling me my documents were submitted. I will never ever have any policies with Liberty.
