BAD SERVICE PUTTING ME IN A BAD POSITION

Im a father of 1year old triplets and I recently bought a Nissan Van to help with the logistics of moving my three little angels. Due to the high cost of insurance I opted for an insurance with no added extras like car rental and so on. I was involved in a minor accident in December while on holiday. Well I'm back from holiday and until today my car is still not fixed or been to the auto body shop. Due to Miway and there terrible service I now have to drive all three my little babies around in a car that is not suitable for triplets. This is all due to lack of professional service. I have left messages to call me on all there communication networks as well as been promised that they will get someone to call me back as soon as someone is available. I'm still waiting for a phone call. The other parties insurance even phoned me and asks what is going on due to the fact they want to settle.
All i can say is that Im currently looking for a better price on insurance and Im even willing to pay more just to get away from Miway.
