So now another week has passed without any response from ABSA Homeowners Insurance.
We lodged the claim for hail damage on 29/11/2013. We have phoned non-stop, sent emails, sent a complaint to their Actionline, and all we get is automated responses. Does ABSA actually have real people working for them?
Surely a response after nearly 6 weeks is not asking too much?!
WHAT IS GOING ON?
The leaking roof is causing damage to our belongings and the damaged electrified fence is a security risk!
PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY WITH ANSWERS CONTACT US?!!!
