I logged a claim with Discovery Insure on the 04.11.2013, from the time I logged the call I was constantly informed of the status of my Claim by the consultant assigned to my case Tukedi Pitsi and I had confirmation today 08.11.2013 that my claim has been finalised, thanks for the exceptional service delivery.
