Good day
In December I cancelled my policy and instead of one debit order I was double debited. In December I sent my bank statement to essential med proving the double debit and it is January and I haven't received any feedback or a refund. I have tried calling the call centre in December, but everybody was on leave. Please assist as I need my money and I will not do a debit order reversal, as it was not my fault.
